Thank you for lifting our spirits (spirituality and Kettle One)!
Princess Yarida rounded out your dysfunctional, insightful yet hilarious comedic triptych. Love the part about her missing Travel, correction -missing complaining about Travel. She brought some well needed masculinity to this episode.
Seriously, loved the ad hoc wisdom. Resonating with me: It’s ok . Do what you have to do to get through this. There are no more “ norms”.
Check in with loved ones: isolating at home. Having the key insight to leave my boyfriend of 5 years the eve of the lockdown , means I am truly isolated . Although I miss his cooking , after throwing his keys, a 20 year single malt scotch and assorted vulgarities his front porch, resolution is not in the near future. All kidding aside Cona has been a light in these dark times. She and Laura Belle doorbell ditch me at least once a week , leaving fresh eggs and treats.
BTW: I have worked remotely for 20 years and I am amused with the masses who are befuddled with this new internet technology.
In the words of my deR Departed mother remember “when times gets tough= “they can kill you but they can’t eat you”. Cheers my friend.
This episode has given me the courage to set Goals: tomorrow I will (try to) shower.
